I found on many buildings like take the Mechanical factory:
1 Worker 0 Managers = 50 parts
1 Worker 1 Manager = 25 parts
1 Worker 2 Managers = 50 parts
2 Workers 2 Managers = 100 partsWhile Tank Factory:
1 Worker 0 Managers = 5 Tanks
1 Worker 1 Manager = 3 Tanks
1 Worker 2 Managers = 5 Tanks
2 Workers 2 Managers = 10 TanksFrom a game concept, it feels dumb, but maybe I am missing something. I know the manager gives you auto production capabilities but maybe there is a better way to make it felt?
Aside from the expenses of a building the hiring of workers and managers simply feels redundant. Of course, I want all the workers and managers I can get, maybe if the costs were more clearly displayed it might bring meaning to the system of workers?
